Behind the estimate
Time represents potential staff capacity, not guaranteed payroll savings. Moving stock, shelves and repositioning physical labels still takes time.
The model assumes one ESL per shelf-edge label, unchanged annual activity and costs, and no repeat hardware purchases over three years. Installation, training, maintenance, batteries, replacement hardware and other physical store work are not modelled. VAT is not added separately. Payback spreads the modelled annual benefit evenly across the year; actual timing depends on deployment and label-change patterns.
