What We Built

Wysh has direct platform integration via the Shopify Sidekick App Data extension. We bypassed static metafields and configured a native shopify.app.toml routing framework with 12 distinct analytical tools defined in tools.json.

When you ask a question, Sidekick queries Wysh’s Laravel API in real time. The app processes your data alongside live Shopify GraphQL inventory metrics to return structured data resources and deep admin links.

Why It Matters

This feature eliminates manual data digging. You can audit performance, forecast stock demand, and look up customer profiles inside your chat pane using natural language.

Real-World Query Examples

You can query Sidekick directly to reveal operational insights:

• Spotting Demand Gaps: "Are any products wishlisted more than we have in stock?" (e.g., Identifying an item with 47 wishlists but only 12 units in stock so you can increase your wholesale purchase order).

• Measuring Momentum: "Which products are trending on wishlists right now?"

• Revenue Attribution: "How much revenue is Wysh driving, and how much of that came from POS?"

• Behavior Analysis: "What items sit on wishlists forever but are never bought?"
