Saved products that move with the customer, from browsing online to buying in person.
Wysh adds wishlist functionality to your storefront and syncs it directly with Shopify POS. That means shoppers can create and manage wishlists online, and retail teams can see each customer’s favourites when they visit in store.
With that visibility, staff can check availability, suggest alternatives, and turn those selections into purchases on the shop floor. The same wishlist activity feeds into the Shopify admin, showing what’s building demand and what converts.
Key features
Multiple and shared wishlists
Customers can create, manage, and share multiple lists for different purchases, occasions, or use cases.
Customer-linked and persistent
Wishlists are tied to the customer account, so products persist across sessions or devices, and appear in Shopify POS, including chosen variants.
Wishlist analytics in Shopify admin
Track which products are being added to wishlists, how that activity carries through to in-store interactions, and which items are later purchased.
"The wishlist functionality is fast and intuitive, and the POS integration is a huge plus for connecting online and in-store activity"

Wysh is the wishlist app with built in Shopify POS integration, supporting unified commerce across online and in store journeys.
Can customers create multiple wishlists?
Yes, Wysh allows customers who are registered on your store and signed-in to create up-to 10 wishlists, they can also name and share them.
Please note however, guest customers cannot create more than 1 wishlist.
Are there any limits on wishlist actions or items saved?
No. We do not cap your wishlist actions or charge you extra when your storefront gets busy. Your customers get unlimited saves forever, so your store can scale without unexpected usage penalties.
How much does Wysh cost?
We keep billing straightforward. The app is completely free if you operate a single retail location or trade exclusively online. If you need to sync shopper profiles across multiple physical stores, our Premium plan is a flat $9.99 a month and covers unlimited Shopify POS locations. We do not tax you based on your Shopify plan tier.
Is customer data secure?
Yes. We build with engineering credibility. Wysh is fully compliant with standard data protection regulations (DPA/GDPR), ensuring your customer records, analytics, and store data remain secure.
Can I make a feature suggestion?
Yes. We are product-led and iterate quickly. If there is a feature or specific workflow you need to improve your store's performance, contact our support team to share your feedback directly with our engineering team.
How do I install Wysh on my online store?
Wysh uses Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme extensions. You can add the wishlist button and heart icon directly through your native Shopify theme customiser. It takes a single click, and there is no manual code to paste or liquid files to edit.
I enabled the app block in my theme settings but cannot see the button. What should I do?
If you toggled the app extension on but the button does not appear, your theme layout might require a specific block placement. If you are using an incompatible or heavily custom theme, contact our team. We fix layout and alignment issues case-by-case to get you live the same day.
Can I change the look, colour, or icon of the wishlist button to match my branding?
Yes. You have full control over the visual presentation inside the Shopify theme editor. You can adjust colors, spacing, and icon choices to ensure the wishlist elements match your store's native style guide.
What happens if I update or change my Shopify theme?
Because Wysh runs entirely on standard Shopify theme extensions, your configuration is safely preserved. You do not need a developer to re-install code or fix broken elements when you change or update your theme.
How does Wysh work on the shop floor?
We built Wysh to connect your retail staff with online shopper intent. Your in-store teams can view a customer's online favourites directly inside the Shopify POS app. Staff can see what a shopper likes, check retail stock levels, and close the sale right on the shop floor.
Does the app sync data in real time?
Yes. When a customer adds an item to their list online, it updates instantly on their retail profile. Your brick-and-mortar staff see accurate, real-time data right when the customer walks through the door.
How many custom wishlists can a single customer create?
Each customer can create up to 12 distinct wishlists. This gives shoppers plenty of space to organise their favourites without causing database bloat that slows down your storefront performance.
Can customers create wishlists for specific events or categories?
Yes. Shoppers can create and name lists dynamically to fit their needs. They can organise items by room (such as bedroom or living room) or plan for specific events (such as birthdays or registries).
Do shoppers need to create an account or log in to use the wishlist?
No. Customers can save items instantly as guests without jumping through hurdles. If a guest shopper decides to create an account later, Wysh automatically syncs their guest wishlist data to their permanent customer profile.
Can customers share their wishlists?
Yes. Shoppers can generate a direct, shareable link to send their lists via email, messaging apps, or social channels. This turns wishlists into a vehicle for organic referral traffic from high-intent buyers.
Can customers select specific product variants from their wishlist page?
Can customers select specific product variants from their wishlist page? Yes. Shoppers can pick specific sizes, colours, or variants directly from their wishlist screen before adding the item to their cart. This removes extra steps and keeps the buying journey fast.
Does an item disappear from the wishlist automatically after being added to the cart?
No. We keep items on the wishlist even after they move to the cart. This allows your customers to use their wishlists as long-term reference lists or recurring shopping profiles without needing to re-add their favourite items.
Can I migrate my existing wishlist data from another app like Swym?
Yes. We provide a free, white-glove migration service. Our engineering team handles the data export from your previous provider and moves it over to Wysh safely, ensuring your customers do not lose their saved items.
Does Wysh integrate with Klaviyo?
Yes. Wysh passes wishlist events directly to Klaviyo via Shopify Flow. You can use this data to trigger automated marketing campaigns, such as emailing a customer when a saved item goes on sale or comes back into stock. We provide pre-built flow templates you can copy and use immediately to recover abandoned intent.
Does Wysh impact online store page speed?
No. We build for performance. Wysh runs on an ultra-lightweight script that loads asynchronously. This means your storefront pages load without delay, keeping your core web vitals healthy and your conversion rates intact.
Does Wysh support multiple languages and international store translations?
Yes. Wysh is translation-ready and supports multi-language storefronts. You can easily customise all consumer-facing text strings inside the app settings to match your local storefront language.
Does Wysh work with multi-currency setups and Shopify Markets?
Yes. Product prices on the wishlist page dynamically update to match the local currency and regional pricing rules set by your Shopify Markets configuration.
Do you support headless commerce setups or Shopify Hydrogen storefronts?
Yes. Wysh is built to scale. We expose clean hooks and data paths for custom frontends. If you run a headless architecture, reach out to our team to coordinate the technical implementation.
Where is your support team based?
We are a UK-based team of engineers and product specialists. We provide live chat and phone support from 8am to 8pm GMT, meaning you can speak directly with the people who build and maintain the product.
Wysh is a newer app on the Shopify App Store. How do I know it is stable and reliable at scale?
While Wysh is a fresh name on the Shopify App Store, the technology is built on over 20 years of retail engineering experience. Visualsoft has spent more than two decades developing a proprietary e-commerce platform that powers hundreds of merchants and processes millions in transactions.
That platform featured its own native wishlist system, which we refined and perfected over years of real-world testing on the shop floor and online.
Wysh is the direct evolution of that proven technology, rebuilt explicitly for Shopify. We did not start from scratch; we took decades of stress-tested data, security insights, and operational engineering to build a stable, lightweight app that works reliably from day one.
Does Wysh meet the "Built for Shopify" standards?
Yes. Wysh carries the Built for Shopify badge, meaning it meets Shopify's highest requirements for speed, design, and performance. Because the app runs entirely on native Online Store 2.0 theme extensions, it loads asynchronously without script drag, keeps your admin clean, and stays stable when Shopify updates its core system.
What security standards does Wysh use to protect customer data?
We build with enterprise-grade security. Wysh is backed by Visualsoft’s PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, the highest data protection standard available globally. Your customer records, wishlist data, and shopping intent profiles are handled with the same level of encryption used by banks and major payment processors.
Can Wysh handle large product catalogues and complex inventory setups?
Yes. We built Wysh to scale with large-scale retail operations. The app processes large inventories with tens of thousands of SKUs and complex variant configurations without performance drops. Because our architecture queries data efficiently and loads asynchronously, your storefront remains fast no matter how large your product catalogue grows.
