What can a QuiQR code link to?

You can create QR codes for products, collections, your homepage, a custom page or URL, and add-to-cart actions. Core also includes bundle, discount-code and POS discount actions.

Can I change a QR code after it has been printed?

Yes. Change the destination behind an existing code without regenerating it, downloading it again or replacing the printed artwork.

Can a QR code sell several products together?

Yes. With Core, one bundle QR code can add multiple products to the cart and apply a discount. It works well for product sets, multi-buy promotions and complete-the-look displays.

What does QuiQR track?

QuiQR shows total scans and your five most-scanned codes, with scan figures updated in real time. Core also supports UTM parameters for analysis in your chosen analytics platform. QuiQR does not report orders, revenue or conversions itself.

Can I customise how a QR code looks?

You can change its colours on Free and add your own logo on Core. QR code shape cannot currently be changed.

Can I generate QR codes in bulk?

Yes. Bulk product QR code generation is included with Core and is useful for larger catalogues, packaging runs and retail displays.

Are QR code creation and scans limited?

No. Free and Core include unlimited QR code creation and scans.

What support is available?

Phone, live chat and email support is available on weekdays from 8am to 8pm GMT. Messages received outside those hours are answered when the team returns. Live chat can support merchants in any language through AI-assisted translation.
